Genetter Bradley

Genetter Bradley is a Kansas City gospel legend. She was lead singer with The Kansas City Melody-Aires, which toured nationally and recorded with Peacock Records. In 1966 the group performed at Harlem’s famed Apollo Theatre. In 1974, she formed her own group, Genetter Bradley and the Bradley Singers, which had a hit single, “Right Direction.” In the 1980s, she founded the Kansas City Gospel Music Seminar, which trained thousands of gospel singers who came from across the nation.
